Seeking information about Anna Maria "Mary" nee' Lampert Volkert Killmer. She was born June 3, 1858 probably in Ripley County, Indiana, to Wilhelm and Katrina nee' Gardner Lampert. On September 1, 1878, in Jackson County, Indiana, she married John Volkert. They were the parents of three children: Anna, who married Walter McKean, and had daughters named Helen and Elnora; William Volkert; and another infant. Mary was married a second time to Charles Killmer. She died in Montgomery County, Ohio, on August 13, 1916. COURTNEY I'd like to find information on Joseph (James) W. Courtney who lived in Seneca Twp. Monroe Co., in 1850. He was married to Mary Hulderman. They had 6 children: Sara, nancy, Lanty, Robert, Jospeh and Rachel ("Kate"). By 1860 family was in Franklin Twp, and the childdren were: R. Catherine (age 13), James B. (7), and Charles (4). I am seeking information on the RYAN family. I have received several leads that point to Monroe County via land records as well as Stark County in the north and/or Clinton/Brown Counties in the South. Also have a census record pointing to Hardin County, but Can't seem to find the missing link. Family history lists the RYAN family as native american indians who were "on the move" making them difficult at best to trace. Any Leads appreciated. The family line to date includes the following: James Ryan b. 1821 d. 1907 married to Eve Ann Beamer b. 1859 d. 1883. Ggggrandmother was Martarilly Long Bailey Price, born 1818, first husband unk Bailey, born Germany, she had two sons born in Monroe Co. Ohio, according to the National Archives, that show their Military service during the Civil War. William H. Bailey born about 1840, killed at Pittsburg landing (Shiolo) 7 April 1862, second son was Daniel Bailey born 22 May 1842, these sons entered the Ohio Volunteer Infantry in Adams County. Sometime after the death of her husband (Bailey) she moved to Adams County, where she married John S. Price, and had more children. Would someone know about the Bailey's and possibly the Price family that I see on the Census in Monroe County. Know nothing about them prior to moving to Adams Co. It is possible that she was related to Martins from Tryler Co W.VA. and a William Whittner.
